On behalf of Bordeaux Game Farm we would like to congratulate you on your engagement, and thank you for considering us as a venue for your special day. We strive to go the extra mile to make sure that all of your requirements are met during the big day and that you both would enjoy every second of it. This will be not only a wedding day but a wedding weekend with friends and family.

Every Wedding Package is unique to the client and the staff at Bordeaux Game Farm will assist you in planning the perfect ceremony and reception.

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests and we also give a garden wedding as an option.

During your initial visit to the farm, we will welcome you with our In-House Coffees and start with all of the site viewing points.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking will only be confirmed when proof of payment is received from our bank. This deposit only guarantees the venue availability for the date originally booked. Should you cancel your function/wedding, this deposit may be applied to an alternative available date, but will unfortunately not be refunded to you.

Beautiful wine and champagne glasses for the tables

Unique canapé and dessert tables

Use of linen (cream table cloths & serviettes)

Use of venue from 08h00 till 24h00 on the day of the wedding

Services of our Wedding Coordinator

Safe secure parking for your guests

Preparation and cleaning of the venue by our experienced staff

Outside ceremony, includes setup of Table for wedding registry

Back-up generator

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 people. Whether you are planning a big birthday party or an intimate family gathering, we have the perfect venue and menu options for you.

Conferences

Bordeaux Game Farm is situated only 4hours from OR Thambo and 2 hours from Polokwane. This makes it easy to enjoy a team building weekend or a meeting with endless views of the bushveld. Our conference facilities are located in the venue and can accommodate up to 40 people.

  • There are no words to describe how much we loved our special day! It was better than anything that we dreamed of! Every time we visited the beautiful Bordeaux, we were able to try and picture what the 12th of August would be like and you and your team managed to make it even more magical! Our guests from all over the world (England, Ireland, Switzerland, Northern Ireland & Namibia) were completely blown away by the natural beauty of the venue, the food, the staff and the accommodation in the area. You pulled off the most magical day and seeing all of our photos from Charl allowed us to relive it all over again. Bordeaux is a gem! You have something so special and unique! We can't wait to visit again whether it be on an anniversary weekend, a holiday with our families or even attending another wedding - we will be back.

  • Ons het werklik ‘n heerlike onvergeetlike tydjie op Bordeaux gehad. Baie dankie vir die geleentheid. Vanaf ons aankoms tot onsvertrek was alles sorgvuldig en met detail gehanteer. Almal praat net met lof van jou wildsplaas. Ons het die aande baie geniet. Eugene en die gidse was uiters professioneel. Dit was werklikwaar ‘n groot voorreg om op Bordeaux te kon jag.
